Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), for the following accreditation scope:
European Commission (EC), for the following accreditation scope:

certification of organic products according to standard recognized as being equivalent with the EC Council Regulation 834/2007, for inclusion of the certification body in the list of recognized control bodies and control authorities for the purpose of equivalence.
United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), for the following accreditation scope:

certification of organic products originating from Canada according to the terms of the Canada/US Organic Equivalency Agreement for organic products intended for the U.S. market.
Basis for evaluating certification bodies’ competence
Regardless of the accreditation scope requested, all certification body competence evaluations are conducted in order to grant an accreditation attesting to compliance with ISO/IEC Guide 65:1996 (EN 45011:1998), in accordance with the regulatory requirements that govern the accreditation services offered by the CAEQ.
