Accreditation Committee decision : FPLQ appeal against an adverse decision made by Quebec Vrai

As part of the appeal filed by the Fédération des producteurs de lait du Québec (FPLQ) under an adverse decision by Quebec Vrai, the CAEQ’s Accreditation Commitee confirms that their decision to interrupt the FLPQ organic certification was founded.

However, the Committe decided to suspend the coming into force of this decision until March 15, 2010 to allow both parties to identify procedures that would allow the certification body to control the cleaning and rinsing of tanks containing organic milk, before it is loaded and transported by tanker.
